A Thoughtful Approach

Dr. Vataniman believes that a high-quality evaluation should do more than assign a label — it should help people make genuine sense of their experiences, recognize their strengths, and find a clear path toward support and growth. Her approach is careful, thorough, and deeply compassionate.

She is also committed to practicing with cultural humility, recognizing that every person’s story, background, and context are essential to understanding who they are.
